Our services
AACO Nursing Agency connects healthcare facilities with nurses and healthcare professionals. We work to make good matches, but we do not guarantee that a facility will find staff for a request, or that a professional will be offered work. Details such as pay rates, shift hours and cancellation rules are set out in the agreement or booking confirmation for each facility or professional.
Accounts
- You must give accurate, complete and current information when you register or apply, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- We may approve, decline, suspend or close an account when we reasonably need to, for example for false information, expired licences, misuse or a breach of these terms.
For nurses and healthcare professionals
- You must hold, and keep valid, every licence, certification and clearance needed for the work you accept, and tell us promptly if any of them lapses or changes.
- Book only shifts you intend to work. Arrive on time, follow the facility's policies and patient-safety rules, and record your hours honestly on your timesheet.
- If you cannot work a booked shift, tell us as early as you can so it can be covered.
For healthcare facilities
- Give accurate details of each staffing request, including the unit, hours, skills needed and any special requirements.
- Provide a safe workplace and the orientation professionals need to work safely.
- Approve timesheets promptly and pay AACO as set out in your agreement with us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- give false information or pretend to be someone else;
- copy, scrape or collect data from the website by automated means, or interfere with how it works;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you do not have the right to share; or
- use the website or the people you meet through it for any purpose other than genuine staffing with AACO.
Our content
The AACO name, logo, text, images and the design of this website belong to AACO or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal or business use with AACO. You may not copy or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limits on liability
